Yes, the days of "what should we do with all of this zucchini" are upon us! So far we've had chocolate zucchini cake and zucchini bread, but I'm wondering if anyone out there has a favorite zucchini recipe they'd like to share? Oh yeah, we should've picked this zucchini a little sooner, but we were out of town! Made for a cute picture though!

Mom would say one should never let a ucchini get that big. The letter after Y is broken on Mark's computer, so that's why ucchini is spelled wrong. (:

What a cute pic Liz! Your little girl couldn't be any cuter! Loved the camping pics too. We just got back from camping - so fun to have your kids in the great outdoors, isn't it! My hat is off to you though - doing it with a baby. So impressed!!!
